Some boots were made for walking, but for Art to Boot they’re made to change lives.

The seventh Art to Boot fundraiser is kicking into another year, raising money for SKETCH, an organization offering artistic opportunities to street involved and homeless youth.

Blundstone Footwear Canada and Australian Boot Company distributed 20 pairs of boots to individuals in different creative sectors with the task of artistically enhancing the boots however they see fit.

Organizers had an easy time finding artists, says Andria Gillis Operations Manager for Australian Boot Company, as a myriad of designers approached them wanting to be part of the event.

The kind folks at Steam Whistle droppped off a couple cases of fresh off the line beer. Thank you Steam Whistle!
