BLUNDSTONE

2 YEAR EXTENDED MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All Blundstone products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. This does not include normal wear and tear and does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life. All warranties are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to an assessment by Australian Boot Company staff.

Please note that we cannot provide warranty assistance on any Blundstone products purchased outside of Canada.

The most important practice to ensure the life of your boots is to always keep the leather uppers treated. This means the leather always feels soft and supple. Leather is a natural material like wood, and when the leather dries out it will lead to cracked leather. Please remember to never dry your boots with heat: not near a fire, near heaters or baseboard heaters – this will dry out the leather. Once the leather has dried out, it will never be soft and supple again. Dry leather = cracked leather = hole in your boots. Please keep the leather in your boots conditioned.

This guarantee is void if you use the product in a way which causes damage to it beyond normal wear and tear.

RM WILLIAMS

R.M. Williams products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If you have an issue with an R.M. Williams product that you purchased through Australian Boot Company, please bring the item in to one of our locations for assessment, or contact us via email or by phone (toll-free at 1-877-842-1126).

Please note that all warranties are subject to approval by R.M. Williams head office in Australia. Australian Boot Company cannot process any warranty claim without first obtaining approval from R.M. Williams.

UGG® Australia

MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year from date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship; this does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear, and does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

ICEBREAKER

Icebreaker socks come with a 90-day Comfort Guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied with your socks, simply return them to Australian Boot Company within 90 days of purchase for a complete refund.

Icebreaker socks are also guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for up to one year from date of purchase. If you have an issue with any Icebreaker socks purchased through Australian Boot Company, please bring them along with your proof of purchase to one of our locations for assessment, or contact us via email or by phone (toll-free at 1-877-842-1126).

SMARTWOOL

Smartwool socks come with a complete satisfaction guarantee, and are covered against defects in manufacturing or materials for up to one year from date of purchase. If you have an issue with a Smartwool product purchased through Australian Boot Company, please bring it along with your proof of purchase to one of our locations, or contact us via email or by phone (toll-free at 1-877-842-1126).

Please note that all warranties are subject to approval by Smartwool; Australian Boot Company cannot process any warranty claim without first obtaining approval from Smartwool.

SUPERFEET

Superfeet Premium Insoles come with a 60-day Comfort Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Superfeet insoles, simply return them to Australian Boot Company within 60 days of purchase along with your receipt for a complete refund.

Once we receive the merchandise and approve it for return, we will process a refund for the value of the product[s] purchased onto your original method-of-payment.

Please note that we do not refund the cost for shipping.

For Exchanges:
We Ship Till it Fits.

This means that if your merchandise doesn’t fit to your satisfaction, you may send back your new, unworn product to our Mail Order Department at the address above and we will ship you a different size.

We accept packages shipped prepaid by Canada Post or United States Postal Service. Insuring your parcel is strongly suggested.

Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. parcels or parcels sent via courier from the United States that have incurred brokerage or duty charges – these will be refused and returned to sender.
