We pride ourselves on selling quality boots and accessories that meet our high expectations. We honor all manufacturer warranty policies for each of our brands:

BLUNDSTONE 

2 YEAR EXTENDED MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All Blundstone products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This does not include normal wear and tear: for example, a pair of our boots could potentially wear out in 6 months due to extreme use or under certain circumstances. Our warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life. We fix what we can, and replace what we cannot. 

The most important practice to ensure the life of your boots is to always keep the leather uppers treated. This means the leather always feels soft and supple. Leather is a natural material like wood, and when the leather dries out it will lead to cracked leather. Please remember to never dry your boots with heat: not near a fire, near heaters or baseboard heaters – this will dry out the leather. Once the leather has dried out, it will never be soft and supple again. Dry leather = cracked leather = hole in your boots. Please keep the leather in your boots conditioned.

This guarantee is void if you use the product in a way which causes damage to it beyond normal wear and tear.

All warranty queries must have proof of purchase from an Australian Boot Company store.

RM WILLIAMS

R.M.Williams boots are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturer defects, not caused by normal wear and tear.

UGG® Australia

MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

 

ICEBREAKER

COMFORT GUARANTEE

We guarantee Icebreaker to be the world’s most comfortable, best performing merino clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Icebreaker, return it within 90 days to the place of purchase, and we’ll be happy to replace it. After 90 days, contact us at cs@icebreaker.com for instructions on how to replace your Icebreaker.

WARRANTY

We will replace your Icebreaker socks within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. Please return your socks as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.

We’re confident you’ll love your SmartWool product.

If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, please return it with your dated receipt to the store from which you made your purchase for a replacement or full refund. If, at any time, your SmartWool product does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund*.

*Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
