Once again, thank you very much for replacing my boots for me on the weekend. I have had many unpleasant customer service experiences over the last decade, but every so often we as customers get surprised. I can only speak of two events (one being this weekend) that show you why certain brands/stores will always succeed. Although you replaced my boots, I will be back in the next few weeks to buy another pair. Most likely, my wife will buy a pair of boots as well.
