be treated if we were standing in your boots.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase:
Please send your “unworn” footwear to the address printed
on your receipt. We do not exchange worn footwear. Specify with
a note what issues you may have with the sizing. Once we receive
your boots and approve them for exchange, we will promptly (via
regular post) send you a replacement pair according to your instructions.
You must return your footwear with original packaging, prepaid and
always take the insurance in case the footwear is lost or stolen.
Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer refunds.
Canadian Customers:
We will accept packages shipped prepaid by mail, UPS or any other
courier.
U.S. Customers:
Please ship your package prepaid by airmail or surface mail through
U.S. postal service. DO NOT ship via UPS, express post or any other
courier, as the package will be refused due to the fact that the
parcel will incur customs service charges. Please cut out the label
on the back of this letter and tape it on the outside of your box.
The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and duty
charges for boots being sent back to Australian Boot Company for
exchange. We do not accept C.O.D. packages, or packages with duty
charges. Australian Boot Company will pay for shipping charges back
to the customer only (surface mail), on footwear exchanged as a
result of incorrect sizing. We will not cover return shipping on
footwear exchanged as a result of style or colour change.

Warranty:
All of our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials
and workmanship. Our warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation
of service life. In simpler terms, our products are not guaranteed
for a specific amount of time. If you have any questions or concerns
about your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Tax:
Australian Boot Company is required by law to collect the goods
and service tax (GST) on all orders. In addition, Ontario residents
will pay the provincial sales tax (PST) and some other Canadian
customers will be charged the harmonized sales tax
(HST). The rates are as follows:
- Ontario residents are charged GST (5%) & PST
(8%)
- Labrador, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia residents
are charged HST (14%)
- All other Canadians are charged GST (6%)
U.S. customers are not charged these taxes however, duties may
apply to orders shipped to the U.S., for which the customer is
